For more than a decade, I have advised leaders in financial services, professional services, manufacturing and technology on communication strategies, trends and executions. Using cross-sector best practices, I help my clients – which have included AXA Investment Managers, the Alliance for Lifetime Income, Arconic and M&T Bank – create and manage complex omni-channel communication programs that reach their core audiences in expected and refreshingly new ways.

Prior to joining Peppercomm, I worked with the financial services team in APCO Worldwide’s New York office for five years to provide strategic corporate communications and reputation management support.

Both there and earlier in my career at Robinson Lerer and Montgomery (now Finsbury), my particular area of focus centered on helping companies through material changes and crises. I worked with clients such as Mars Inc. through executive changes and recalls as well as financial services companies such as Citigroup managing reputational concerns throughout TARP.

I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Communications from Emerson College in Boston. I currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with my husband and two sons.
