Mike serves as a consultant to business at the brand, operating unit and enterprise level. He has decades of experience advising on strategy, integrated marketing, analytics and technical delivery to clients in media, publishing, financial, healthcare and more. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with key client stakeholders on successful strategies that include brand strategy, digital diagnostics, operating model, digital transformation, marketing services and product innovation.
During his career, Mike has delivered client strategy for global consultancy Accenture; led go to market initiatives for global communication agency networks, such as Grey and KnowledgePoint 360; and has provided executive leadership for digital and social media businesses such as Decision Counsel and AboutFace Digital.
Mike leverages his many years of experience to help clients achieve a measurable and strong return on investment across their marketing spend, driving vision and creating value for some of worlds most admired companies including Avon, GE, Time, Johnson & Johnson, IDG and Facebook, among others.
Throughout his career, Mike has also architected, built and run digital agency models, applying critical strategy, operations and business development acumen to organizational planning and execution.
