Crain’s New York Business Names Peppercomm “Best Place to Work in New York City”
The strategic communications and marketing firm topped a list of 50 finalists Crain’s had cited as “… going beyond the pale for their employees.” Peppercomm drew special attention for such innovative programs as its stand-up comedy training program and a permanent “Fun Committee” that’s dedicated to ensuring the firm delivers on its work-hard, play culture.

The final rankings of the Best Places to Work in New York City were unveiled at a Crain’s New York Business luncheon on Nov. 30, and published in the magazine’s Dec. 3 issue. This year, Peppercomm topped a list of such notable companies as Microsoft, MetLife and EMC2. Crain’s New York Business selected winners based on the results of an employee-driven survey conducted by the magazine in partnership with independent research firm Best Company Group.
