At Peppercomm, I am responsible for leading and growing the digital marketing services offering that includes everything from social media marketing, paid search, SEO, web design and development, video and creative services. I have worked primarily across financial services, fintech and enterprise B2B clients including Bank of America, VMware, McAfee, Ally Bank, Blackberry and many other Fortune 500 brands.

I started my career client-side working for various financial services institutions. I was CMO for a large mortgage lender, then went agency side after the financial crisis of 2008 to lead the financial services vertical for digital agency iCrossing. Since then I have held senior leadership roles at global communications agency LEWIS and at Method.

Campaigns that I have led have won awards from PR Daily, SABRE Awards, Bulldog Reporter, PR Club Bell Ringer and GDXA. I am a pro bono volunteer for Taproot Foundation and helped rebrand Hospitality House, a homeless shelter in San Francisco.

I went to OCAD University in Toronto, Canada and have a degree in Communication, Design and Advertising. I am originally from Toronto but have lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the last 20 years.

My greatest breakthrough moment was:

I once worked for a leader that answered “that’s great!” every time we were faced with a problem. It forces you to think of creative solutions instead of accepting the problem
