As an HR Business Partner at Ruder Finn, I support our senior group leaders and provide strategic counsel on everything from culture and engagement to performance and leadership development. I believe that strong partnerships with leaders and employees alike are essential to success, and I work collaboratively to address challenges, develop talent, and support growth. I’m committed to fostering an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

I bring more than six years of HR experience spanning a range of environments, from supporting a global media brand to partnering with more than 20 agencies across a large healthcare network as an HR Business Partner. My background includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching, all of which have shaped my people-first approach.

Professionally, I’m especially proud of earning my Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, leading the rollout of a new performance management system at a previous company, and spearheading manager training initiatives such as Mental Health for Managers. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether it’s taking walks through Central Park or attending Barry’s Bootcamp classes, and I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants and coffee shops to explore around the city.
