She provides strategic counsel across performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, helping leaders build high-performing teams and create environments where employees can thrive.

With more than six years of human resources experience, Paige has supported organizations ranging from a global media brand to a large healthcare network, where she partnered with more than 20 agencies on talent and people strategy. Her expertise spans employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and leadership coaching, enabling her to guide leaders through organizational change while fostering employee growth and engagement.

Paige holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and has led initiatives including the implementation of a new performance management system and manager training programs focused on mental health and leadership development. Based in New York City, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time in Central Park and staying active through Barry’s Bootcamp.
