Peppercomm unequivocally denounces racism, violence and injustice perpetrated against members of the Black community.

We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, friends, family members and society at large, and will contribute our voices and actions to effect change. In doing so, we will honor the memories of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and countless others lost to a pattern of systemic racism that has perpetuated for far too long.

As we work through today’s realities and tomorrow’s vision for a more just society, we endeavor to lead by example and be accountable for our actions. Certainly, we don’t have all the answers, but are committed to being part of the long-term solution.

Step one is listening and learning. This will guide us in determining how we can best support creating a country, and a world, where every person is afforded the dignity and respect of an equal. We’ll be engaging with an organization that supports bringing equality and justice to the Black community and examining how else we can have impact in the immediate future.

But for us, it doesn’t stop there. As a company, we are committed to continuing these conversations and actions because we believe Black Lives Matter.
